Shipping policy
Free shipping to the United States
Every order ships free to addresses in the United States. We currently ship to the US only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time
Our products are shipped by our fulfillment partners from their warehouses, mostly overseas. Estimated delivery after processing:
- Most items: 7–14 business days
- Modern Wood Cat Tree Tower: ships from a US warehouse, usually 3–7 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can occasionally add time. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show movement.
Customs and duties
Prices include shipping to the US, and import handling is arranged by our shipping partners. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a customs fee, please contact us before paying so we can help.
Address issues
Please double-check your shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, we'll help you reship it, but additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, email us at lianarozental2008@gmail.com and we'll reship or refund it in full.
