PawHaven wants everyone to be able to shop comfortably, including people who use assistive technologies.

What we do

  • We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our goal.
  • Product images include descriptive alternative text.
  • We use readable fonts, clear button labels and good color contrast.
  • The site works on mobile devices and with keyboard navigation and screen readers supported by our Shopify theme.
  • We review the site regularly and fix issues as we find them.

Known limitations

Some product photos and size charts come from our suppliers and may include small text inside the image. If you need any of this information in another format, just ask and we'll send it to you.
